How do I set it up?
Water-activated — no electricity needed.
- Unpack the mat and lay it flat.
- Unscrew the cap and remove the sealing plug.
- Add 500 ml of water first, then gently shake the mat so the cooling particles absorb water evenly.
- Continue adding water to suit the mat size. Before sealing, gently press the mat to push out the excess air — don't leave too much air trapped inside — then push the sealing plug in firmly and tighten the cap.
- Gently shake or press the mat to spread the moisture evenly.
- Let it sit for 10–15 minutes before your pet uses it.
After the first fill it keeps cooling for days without refilling — top up in very hot weather for peak performance.
Good to know: your mat may arrive with a few creases from being folded for its long journey to you. They're completely normal and ease out within about a week of use.

What's it made of?
The surface is made of thickened polyester taffeta with PVC coating, offering water resistance, durability, and easy wipe-clean care.
The inside is filled with polymer cooling particles and PP cotton for a soft, supportive, and comfortable feel.

How do I care for it?
Spot-clean the surface with a damp cloth — no machine washing. Air-dry it flat in a cool, well-ventilated spot, away from direct sunlight and heat; never tumble dry or iron. Store it somewhere cool and dry when it's not in use.

Is it safe for pets?
Yes. The cooling particles inside are non-toxic to pets and people, and the PVC-coated surface wipes clean easily. Avoid puncturing the surface with sharp objects; if it is damaged and leaking, wipe up and stop using it — there is no health risk from the material itself.
