Cat Sign — Sisal Cat Scratching Pad

Cute Cat Sign

Little cat notices for the home, somewhere between a signboard and a laugh.

The Cat Sign series borrows from the language of public signs, warnings, and directions, then rewrites it with cats in mind. With bold text, arrows, icons, and a dose of cat humor, each piece adds a poster-like accent to the wall while giving cats a clear place to scratch, stretch, and claim as their own.

NATURAL SISAL.

Made with natural sisal fiber and pet-safe ink, so daily scratching and close contact feel more worry-free.

PET-SAFE INK.

Why this matters

Four reasons this scratcher is worth putting on your wall.

  • Natural sisal

Woven from raw sisal fiber — coarse enough to satisfy a cat's instinct to scratch, without synthetic fillers or chemical treatments.

  • Pet-safe ink

Water-based, non-toxic, tested for animal contact. Cats lick everything — we design assuming that.

  • Peel-and-stick

Anti-slip backing mounts anywhere — walls, doors, cabinets, or tiles. No tools, no damage. Repositionable when needed.

  • Built to last

More than 6 months of regular use. When it's done, it's fully compostable: sisal is a natural fiber.

Questions & care

Everything you need to know.

Full support guide →
  • How do I mount it?

Pick a clean, smooth, dry surface — walls, doors, cabinets, or tiles. Place it at a height your cat naturally stretches to. Peel off the backing and press firmly for at least 10 seconds. Allow 24 hours before first use for best adhesion.

  • How do I care for it?

Keep dry — avoid moisture. Natural sisal may vary slightly in color, and a light natural odor may appear when first opened (ventilate for 1–2 days if needed). Expected lifespan is about 6 months of regular use.

  • Is it safe for cats?

Yes. The ink is water-based and non-toxic, tested for animal contact. The sisal itself is a natural fiber with no synthetic coating. Cats lick everything — we design assuming that.

  • How do I remove it?

Do not pull off forcefully. Warm the adhesive gently with a hairdryer for 10–15 seconds first, then peel slowly from one corner. This prevents surface damage and keeps the backing intact if you want to reposition.
