Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States — all 50 states. International shipping isn't available yet, but we're working on it. Join our newsletter to hear first when we expand to your region.
Shipping cost
We've just opened — to celebrate, US shipping is free on every order this launch month, with no minimum. After the launch period, any shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout based on your order and destination. The rate you see at checkout is always the rate you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Once shipped, standard US delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees — delivery can be affected by weather and carrier delays during peak seasons. We flag anything unusual proactively.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link from the carrier. You can also follow your order's progress at any time by signing in to your account, where you'll find live status for every order — Processing, Shipped, or Delivered.
Lost, delayed, or damaged in transit
If your tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days, or the package shows as delivered but you can't find it, please email support@rollinnliving.com with your order number. We'll open a trace with the carrier and find a fair resolution — usually a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product before unboxing further and contact us within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for next steps.
Address changes
Need to update your address? Write to us as soon as possible after placing your order. If the order hasn't been handed to the carrier yet, we'll update it free of charge. Once an order has shipped, the address is locked in by the carrier.
