By visiting rollinnliving.com and placing an order you agree to these terms. They apply to every visitor and customer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We try to show every product and colour as accurately as possible, but screens vary and natural sisal differs slightly batch to batch. Prices are in US dollars and may change before an order is placed. We may limit quantities or decline an order.

When you place an order you confirm the payment method is yours and the details are accurate. Payment is processed securely through Shopify. Our order confirmation email confirms we received the order, not that a contract is complete — that happens when we ship.

Delivery timing and costs are set out in the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered in the Return & Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

All site content — text, photography, illustration, logos and product designs — belongs to Rollinn Living and may not be reused without written permission.

Our products are made for cats and home use as described. To the extent permitted by law, Rollinn Living is not liable for indirect or incidental loss from use of the site or products. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We may update them as the business changes; the date below shows the current version. Continued use means you accept the latest terms.
